La Double vie de Véronique -English subtitles
Yeah, as confirmed in the Warner shop and elsewhere, we have English subtitles.
Looks to be a real quality release from MK2. It will sit very nicely next to MK2's Lost Highway special edition.

Cool. Is there's going to be an R1 release? Although I've been hearing good words about the movie, I'm still a little bit shy with PAL format - at least until my pc can play PAL at 24 fps.

There are plenty cheap DVD players out there for people with NTSC-only setups wishing to play PAL material.

Unless Criterion gets the rights (very unlikely at this point) I don't see how anyone, not just a R1 company will be able to challenge MK2. The company is clearly one of the top leaders in quality releases...any region being considered.
There is absolutely no doubt in me that Mr.Karmitz will provide the best print available for the market.

To my pleasant surprise i just saw this is playing in a cinema in a city near mine during a Kieslowski retrospective! The problem is it only plays tonight, i have a cold and there's a storm going over Holland today! But i'm going to try my best to make it, 'cause i don't think i want to miss this!
