I searched but could only find a reference to a 3 episode disc. Does any other region have the full season?

I don't think a full season set is out anywhere, most of the series is on Official VCD though and there are 3-4 R0 Hong Kong disc available, check HKFlix for those. I will look about the VCDs if your interested

Found it, first 12 episodes anyway on a 3 disc set. Australia, release on the 19th:Complete Details
