I just bought a buttload of DVDs from yesasia, koreandvds, dvdsfromkorea, and layoyo... I spent so much I have pains in my chest right now. I'd list what I got, but it's just too soon.

I would like to know about a few releases though - Immortel - it says there aren't English subs, how much dialogue am I missing? I've heard it's only partly in English.

Also - Haute Tension.. CDwow says they have an exclusive uncut version. do I have to get it from there?

Also... what french films am I missing? Aren't there some films that'll be on DVD now or soon that are later coming to theaters in the US? Danny the Dog? Stuff like that... Or what about that new horror film Darkness?

Danny the Dog is going to be released in the states eventually, but methinks it will be under a different title.

Out of curiosity, is Kim Ki-Duk's latest film "3-Iron" part of your order?

Yes, every set comes with one. Unfortunately, you should expect to have at least a few of your slipcases damaged by rivets.

I saw a few of these floating around eBay about a week ago, all going for much less than CDWow is charging. I might have to pick one up... I wonder if the features have English subs.

I wonder if those are bootlegs.
