Le Roi Et L'Oiseau for Cheap?
In this thread there was mention of Le Roi Et L'Oiseau. There is a nice review of a 2 disc set, but I was looking for (surprisingly) the cheapest version of this film out there.
Anyone know where I can get this title (not necessarily the 2 disc version) cheaply?

Comes out to around $33 before shipping, however, I believe the price will drop a bit since you live in the US and you don't have the European tax or whatever it is.

can't even remember if there's any 1 disc edition
if i were you, i'll try around the holiday season... they MIGHT reedit the DVD for Xmas...
but this strategy is risky because since then, the lasts DVDs still available might go unavailable...
Anyway, i believe the dvd is available on real store and not in online-store so if you really into get this one, i may help.
Just tell me how much (you can afford), which edition and i'll check for you.
You have to know that it's a Region 2 DVD and they might be no subtitles inside. For the biggest (and most expensive) edition of the movie, you'll have the "Table tournante" movie too and i believe that the "Table tournante" movie is not available in single DVD. That's for all i know. But if you do it through me, you won't avoid European Tax because i'll have to pay them

Since CheapBastid don't seem to be around anymore, now i have an extra Le Roi Et L'Oiseau DVD Region 2 for 15 Euros (without shipment). Anybody interested ? Saturday, i'll have to return the DVD to the shop since i've already one.
