Will all region code DVDs play in a CP-72 or RP-82

I have a Panasonic CP-72, the multi disc version of the RP-82 and would like to know if the all region DVDs will play in it? Also, has anybody bought any DVDs from Removed bootleg seller on Ebay, and if so, how was the quality versus those with US releases?

Thanks for the info...I wasn't aware the seller was distributing bootlegs. Call me naive...or a newbie to purchasing foreign films.

Only if they are NTSC discs. PAL format discs will not play.
