That Dances With Wolves set is classy. Some of that other stuff is just too much. But hey, if you got cash and shelf space to spare a little indulgence is nice.

Most of the SE in France are top notch design.

and so on.....

These are ALL the reasons people in R1 land say they dont care about design and coverwork. Yep....now I know what they mean

The Band of Brothers set is only $80.00 US at KoreanDVDs.com, which is around the same price as the region 1 set.

I bought it, never watched it. Got it for 16 bucks when Suncoast.com had their big screwup. I sold it for $70.00. Heard is was good though.

Band of Brothers is an excellent miniseries, if you enjoyed the opening sequence of Saving Private Ryan there is a sequence like that in every episode.

I hate to turn this into a Band of Brothers discussion so I will say this: Go ahead and buy it.

I would say it is the best piece of war cinema I own on DVD. I would definitely put it above Saving Private Ryan and any other war movie made in recent years. I got mine R1 set for about $50.

I haven't got any pictures, but I have the Blood: The Last Vampire LE. It's a huge box with the script, animation book and a lot of other stuff. The new Bruce Lee Collection from Korea also also super-sweet. Looks like a book and has a very nice design. That Dogville LE is also supernice.

-ing @ the Korean Bruce Lee Set. i upgraded from "The Master Collection" to the HKL "30th Anniversary Collection" (+ bonus disk) last year - now this comes along? Somebody please give me a reason NOT to order this!

Also -worthy is that Japanese Hero gifstset/diorama. Given the high price of most Japanese collectibles, i'm almost afraid to ask... how much?

I don't have any pictures either but the Japanese Neon Genesis Evangelion Renewal boxset is another impressive example of packaging.
One of my favourites is also the French 4 disc edition of Le Pacte Des Loups (Brotherhood Of The Wolf) which as i don't know how to post pics our resident expert of all things French (pro-bassoonist) may do the honours if i ask nicely

Wow...I am blushing here ....Thank you for the compliment, you are really sweet (though I dont think I deserve the honor)-here you go:

To answer the question from the German member- all of the French sets are available through FNAC.com, Amazon.fr, or Alapage.fr

Does anyone know if the Fellini set above has english subtitles on the 4th disc (A Self-Potrait Of Federico Fellini)? I see that the other movies have English and Korean subs, but my buying it depends on that 4th disc having subs or being in English.

Thanks.
