Just placed my first order with them last night. Anyone have any experience? How long does it take to receive an order?

I live in the UK and it has taken anywhere between 3-4 weeks to get my items, not sure how this would differ with delivery to the U.S or Canada.
I've placed about 6 orders with them and found them on the whole to be fairly reliable..the criticism i would level towards them is that on a couple of occasions the postman has had to try several addresses in my street before successful delivery due to the address not being clearly written in english, but that may be just indicative of the standard of postal workers here in the UK

Also they can take anywhere between 2 to 5 days to answer e-mails as well.

I received a confirmation email immediately. Have no idea when it will actually ship though.

I've ordered from them quite a few times. Airmail to the US is about a couple of weeks. Econ has taken 3-4 weeks. They have good customer service too. I returned Evita since it was non-anamorphic and they even credited me for return shipping.

I got a DVD from them in 1 week and I am in the US. Their postage rates have gone up since I last ordered with them.

I believe they do email you. Go to their web site and click on My Account at the top. It'll show your orders and the status.

I never got one.
