Missing orders from HKL.com
I was wondering has anybody had any problems not receiving packages from HKL direct.
I placed an order in April and it was shipped on 4/14 it never arrived. They sent a 2nd package on 5/13, that also never arrived. Is HKL flagged by customs or something? I called my PO they have no packages for me nor do they recall seeing anything from HKL's address. I order from blackstar and bensons all the time w/o incident. As a matter of fact, I placed an order with bensons in late April and it got here fine. Lynn doesn't want to send anymore replacements because she said it's costing them money. (don't blame them) Any ideas on what happen to my package(s)?

Where do you live? I've been waiting three weeks for AIRMAIL package to come from the UK to US.
It's the US Customs that are holding the packs up. For me, it's only from Europe and Canada that packages are being held-up
HK, Singapore are coming through fast.

Sometimes packages sit in customs for a while.
The fastest I've ever gotten something from Europe was 5 days and the longest wait I've had was a whole month (twice). The average is about 10 days.
I'd wait 10 more days for the re-ship before doing anything.

I had one dvd sent to Canada & it never arrived. They reshipped (to a different address in Europe) & it arrived within a few days. Their customer service was happy to resend it (it intially took them a while to answer, though).
