Where can it be ordered from? Do Dutch e-tailers ship to the USA?

One Belgian retailer that I know of, proxis.be, usually carries Dutch discs. They have the Dutch release of Tess right now for € 23.18.

Also, the Danish site dvdoo.com has a Tess DVD that appears to be a different Danish release and not the Dutch disc. It has a 2.35:1 WS transfer (not sure if it's anamorphic), and it has a DD 2.0 track instead of 5.1. At the price of 99 Danish Krone (which is under $15 USD), it has a more attractive price than the Dutch release. However, it doesn't appear that it's available for purchase, since there's nothing to click to add it to one's cart. I'm assuming that "Udgået fra producenten - kan ikke leveres" means something like "OOP."
