All I know is that it's the Japanese release and it comes with a bonus CD-ROM. Not sure that it justifies the higher price tag though.

What I gathered from some other forum.

The main disc contain up 5 subtitles and 6 different type of sound track, including DTS sound track for the english audio. But no DTS for the Japanese audio.
The audio is mixed in a THXpm3 certified facility and the discs is produced by Toshiba.
The main disc contain both movies and some trailors and pictures and explaination. All in japanses audio.
The second disc, pack with tonnes of special feature [but in japanese]. But I will try to give some sunnary of wat is in the second disc, after i have figure it out.
The price is 9800 yen if u going to get it in japan.
Overall , I like the discs as it come a nice packing and 1 booklet which i have not opened.
Also it has DTS in it.

Or for about $25, you could get the regular edition that just contains Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS versions of the movie. Great cover, too!
