Will these R1 DVDs work on my modified UK player?
I am interested in purchasing some new releases on Region 1 DVD but have been put off by the introduction of RCE. I live in England and have a DVD player that has been modified to play all regions. I want to order the following Region 1 DVDs :-
Larry Sanders (entire 1st season)
Waiting for Guffman
Jay & Silent Bob Strike back
American Pie 2
Can you tell me if these DVDs will play on my modified DVD player or whether they have been protected? I think Waiting for Guffman and Larry Sanders are by Warner and Columbia Tristar respectively and friends have told me they encode all their discs.
Any help appreciated

There have only been a handful of RCE titles. mysteriousjimmy has a fairly complete list. Having said that, the reason why it is not more prevalent is that, for the most part, it does't work.
