I'm looking to place an order for the following titles. I can't find the Once Upon a Time in China ones in stock anywhere, but I want to get them anyway... I know how most of you feel about them, I'd just like to see them for myself. I would like any comments about these other films if you've seen any of them. I'm thinking about getting the VCDs of the ones where no DVD is available - if you know of one that will have a DVD coming out soon and that I should wait - please let me know. Thanks. La Braissere is still in theatres in HK, so I don't know how it is, I'v heard a lot of good things in Chinese message boards though.

Princess D and Beijing Rocks hasn't even hit Hong Kong theatres yet, but I do look forward to the two(more because of the directors, not the stars)

Just saw You Shoot, I Shoot today, very hilarious dark comedy. Being a movie buff would really help your enjoyment and it's kind of a wonder how all those sex jokes got through the censors....

Tempting Heart.......a real romance. Slow-moving but has good performances, I'd recommend it.

wow looks like a bunch of hit and miss in there hehe, hkmdb is not up??? i haven't seen any of them, but 'hes a woman she's a man' i was almost going to see when the laserdisc first came out but decided to watch 'heroic trio' instead

My wife loves "He's a Woman, She's a Man" it won alot of Hong Kong awards she told me. I ordered that as one of my huge orders at DVD house.

She also loves the A Moment of Romance series especially part 1.

My wife enjoyed Tempting Heart with Takeshi Kaneshiro (Jin Cheng Wu), Gigi Leung, Karen Mok, and Sylvia Chang. As a love story I guess it was pretty good, but it was a little too slow for me even for this genre (to a point where I couldn't finish it). My wife, though, thought it was one of the better done HK romance movies, with Takeshi Kaneshiro looking at his best.
