Does anyone know....? [questions in search of answers]
<marquee BEHAVIOR="SLIDE">UPDATED 12 MAY 2002
</blink></marquee>
From the low-traffic nature of this forum it follows that questions not receiving any response are possibly beyond the ken of those logging on and viewing during a particular week. Or, perhaps, in cases where the same thing has been asked a bazillion times already wise heads are hoping that impatient youngsters will happen across the search function....
Nevertheless, to give recent "orphan" posts another crack at the whip, I'm listing them below. Should anyone be in a position to provide even the tiniest pointer, replies would best be placed in the original "thread" to which I've linked (unless there is something that needs to be drawn to my attention e.g. like an inadvertent link to a bootleg site).

I'm confused about the "Best price MK2 Truffault Tartan Bergman" post. It seems that the originator of that thread simply answered his own question.
Also, the "Future Shop Free Shipping returns" post was related to a Canadian Thanksgiving promo so I think you can cross that one out.
And, when I click on the "Kiss or Kill, australian film, DVD available" link, I get "Invalid thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster".

- The HTPC thread from yesterday seems to be a hardware question if anything, if there was a question at all...
not on the International forum, but there was a thread in the main DVD Talk section on $15 DVDs in LA, which undoubtedly is a thread on selling illegal DVDs, not necessarily bootlegs, but stolen goods.
