Skinny Tiger Fatty Dragon - How is this?

Just wanted to hear some thoughts on this film. I'm waiting for the disc to arrive from DDD, but now I'm wondering if I should have ordered an early Sammo film instead. Some reviews indicate that the camerawork in Skinny Tiger is a bit strange? Is that true? Are the fights clear and exciting?

Just for reference, I loved Pedicab Driver and Eastern Condors (though they need more fights ), but didn't like Prodigal except during the very few fight scenes.

it's pretty much a comedy, and a pretty corny but funny one at that. However, Sammo is in a couple of pretty decent fight scenes, including one reminiscent of the Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars scene with Thai ladyboy killers... and his finale against Lau Kar Wing is pretty outstanding IMO. Very entertaining movie, but if you're looking for lots of fights, this movie is not it.

If you've seen Tiger On Beat, this movie is pretty much a clone of the movie.

For those of you have have become addicted to the Hong Kong Legends releases from the U.K., you may want to wait on "Skinny Tiger, Fatty Dragon." According to the official Hong Kong Legends website, there is a projected DVD release date of May, 2002 for this film. On second thought, 8 months might be a bit long for someone to wait for this movie, however I just thought I'd let you know.

Thanks for the info, gents. I liked Tiger on Beat a lot and I don't have a convenient PAL->NTSC convertor, so it looks like it was a good buy for me.
