Just got a couple of DVDs, my first purchase from Aus and neither DVD had any programme leaflets inserted in the case.
Is this normal practice down under?
The DVDs were Keeping The Faith and Halloween H20 in case you're curious, great DVDs but the case looks so bare.

I've got a couple dozen R4 DVDs and the majority of them have the chapter list printed on the reverse side of the cover. This looks awesome considering that their keepcases are clear rather than black like R1.
I'm considering buying tons of those clear R4 cases for all of my R1 DVDs so that the chapter lists are more protected and because they look so damn sweet!

I whould have to say, i am dissgusted, at the R4 distrbutors, on not giving us a fair go, in the dvd market,
example, when chicken run was released over here, we got no DTS, R1 and R2 did, but not us, and i'm insulted, that we are called R4, when we get, R2 butcherd left overs, why not just call us R2 we have PAL format, then at least we will get DTS, on alot of our Dvds, R1 Dvds are the best of coarse, am starting to, maybe buy more R1s for my collection
at least i get more value for my money!

Try this on for size: Hollywood is the movie capital of the world, yet R1 gets some titles in non-anamorphic widescreen yet you guys in R4 get them done right! Many of the earlier Disney titles in particular are 16:9 in R4 and because of that I've upgraded to them and ditched my nasty R1s.
