Re: Kroger: Digital Coupons for Free Items
There's also a semi-hidden deal to get 4 free large bags of M&Ms:
- Buy 4 9.9oz packages of M&Ms (assorted types/flavors) for $2.27 each
- Those bags are part of the current 2-week $5 off 5 Items Megasale, so you'll get $1 back ($4 total) at checkout as long as there are other Megasale items in your cart.
- Use a $2 off 2 packages of M&M's digital coupon from Kroger.com
- Use a $1.50 off 2 packages of M&M's paper coupon from last week's Sunday paper
- And get a Catalina (a printed coupon) at checkout for $3 off your next purchase for buying 3 or more bags of M&M's.
Net cost: $2.27 x 4 = $9.08 less $4 (Megasale) less $2 (digital coupon) less $1.50 (paper coupon) less $3 OYNO (catalina) = 4 bags of M&M's and a net profit of $1.42.
Linky: http://www.krogerkrazy.com/2014/09/4...mms-at-kroger/
Note: My Kroger had the bags listed for $3.00 and I don't get the Sunday Paper, so I only bought 3 bags. $3.00 x 3 = $9.00 less $3 (Megasale) less $2 (digital coupon) less $3 OYNO (catalina) = $1.00 for 3 bags of candy for my kid and girlfriend. Not quite free, but pretty cheap!

Today's freebie: RECEIVE ONE FREE Triscuit Thin Crisps Crackers Any Flavor or Variety (7.6oz package)
I checked at 3 different Kroger stores for those 3 Musketeer Bites from 2 weeks ago. Found an empty shelf space where they were supposed to be each time.

Re: Kroger: Digital Coupons for Free Items
Got the Triscuits yesterday. There were three varieties to choose from:
-Triscuit Thins made from Rice: Green Onion & Chives flavor
-Triscuit Thins made from Rice: Butt flavor (I forget what it was but it looked disgusting, hence "Butt")
-Triscuit Thins NOT made from Rice: Original boring flavor
Got the boring flavor. Well worth free, not sure if it was worth the $2.47 shelf price tho.

Re: Kroger: Digital Coupons for Free Items
Thanks for the heads-up. Ended up with the only kind left (wasabi and soy sauce) which is probably going to be a bit weird.
Not sure what to put with them, normally I eat triscuits with hummus, but that doesn't work with Wasabi and Soy sauce.
But hey, free is free.

Re: Kroger: Digital Coupons for Free Items
Today: RECEIVE ONE Free Yoplait® Greek or Yoplait® Greek 100. Offer Void in Louisiana.
Side note: I checked the Kroger app on my phone and the 3 Musketeer Bites coupon was still listed with a different expiration date (11/7, I believe). I wondered if they realized that perhaps this product hadn't made it into most/all stores yet. Checked my local store and they were on the shelf.

Today: RECEIVE ONE FREE belVita Breakfast Biscuits (8.8oz).
And for the first time that I recall seeing, the link also includes the following:
Located in the Cookie Aisle.
That would be helpful information if they provided that more often.

Re: Kroger: Digital Coupons for Free Items
Grabbed the Belvita and the Mentos last week. Today I picked up the Power Bar and was looking at the Malt-O-Meal (MOM Brands) cereal bags. The MOM deal is good thru Sunday, and my K-Roger only had the Cocoa Puffs clone, the Mini Shredded Wheat clone, and something uniquely theirs that looked like Cap'n Crunch (yessss!) mixed with Fruit Puffs (booo!). The only other flavor they had was a Sugar Puffs clone that they were out of. Too bad they don't have a simple Corn Flake clone.
I opened the Power Bar - I was surprised that it wasn't made out of meat.

Re: Kroger: Digital Coupons for Free Items
This is not totally Kroger related, but is grocery store related. I don't follow this thread since the closest Kroger to me is at least an hour or so away, so forgive me if this has already been mentioned. But for those that are doing the free item deals there is a site called SavingStar that has a "Freebie Friday" promotion.
How it works is you add your store member card to your account. Each Friday check and see whats free and click "I Want This". You have from that Friday until Sunday of the same week to purchase the item. Once the grocer reports the purchase back to SavingStar they insert the purchase price(before tax) into your account. You have to reach $5 before you can cash out, but it can add up quick if you use the other discount coupons or their cashback program.
It works with nearly any place that has a member/rewards card(Kroger, CVS, Walgreen's, BJ's, Sam's Club, etc.) They even allow cashback on in store purchases from Target, Wal-Mart, Kmart, etc. via receipt photos. I made a few purchases from Staples online recently and got 8% cashback by going through their site. Not sure how it compares to other sites, but it easily beat a couple of the sites I normally use.
This weekends freebie is Nutella & GO! 1.8oz. I don't always take advantage of it unless it is something we normally use and I happen to think about while we are out shopping that weekend. But I do use the discount coupons quite often as it allows me to sorta double dip on the discounts since these are not taken off at the register, but given back later on.
