Are these codes only for new members? I gave up my membership about 1-2 years ago.

If I had to guess, I'd say probably. I wish I had the card in front of me with the fine print but I shredded it yesterday. My best suggestion is to enter a code and see if you can use it or not.

I think it is based on credit card numbers. So if you use a different credit card number, i think it will work.

I just got some in the mail today and the fine print on the back of the card says, "First-time customers only."
