Yes, some orders I placed haven't shipped. I emailed them in an attempt to get the ball rolling, but they've yet to reply.
On the plus side, my Mute Math CDs shipped last week after being "Backordered" for some time.

I've been getting much quicker service from yourmusic than from BMG proper. 3 days tops per ym order.

The shipping from yourmusic had been quicker than BMG recently but my order from 6/4 (the first B2G1 sale) had a couple of cds on backorder and it took a month for them to ship. The two show as being shipped on 7/3 but I still have not received them. I sent a note to customer service so I guess it is a waiting game.
The Mute Math shows as being shipped on 7/18 and my queue shipment was on 7/20 so I guess that should indicate shipping time.
Has anyone not received an order shipped from yourmusic? I have never had a problem in the 2 1/2 years I have been signed up.

I'm in the exact same situation as you. I ordered 9, they shipped 6 right away, another 1 two weeks later and the final 2 show as shipped on 7/3.
They responded by saying that I have to wait four weeks before they will consider an order lost. It will be four weeks on 8/1, so I will send them another email. By comparison, a cd that was shipped on the 18th arrived on the 23rd and one that shipped on the 20th arrived the 25th.
I have not heard back from them about the order that I made on 7/4. It still shows as "not yet shipped".

I was rereading the email response to my missing cds and I noticed that they said this about the order from 7/4:
So I double checked my account history and the order shows as being shipped on 7/31.
I still have not received the two missing cds from my June order. We'll see how they handle lost orders...

I had a CD arrive last week with a front cover that was bent inside the unopened package, nothing major. I had a new CD in less than a week and was told to keep the original.

My 7/4 order
My order history now shows a ship date of 7/31 as well, except for one of the six discs, which is backordered. Because the order was a "buy 2 get 1 free" deal, I'm wondering if I would lose part of the discount if the last disc does not become available.

My sixth disc shipped on 8/2, four weeks after I placed my order. I can't complain, though---the price was right.

Got the same email as well. I also got the cds for this order in the mail today.
Also for the order that was missing, they said they would resend the two missing cds with a new order number. In the email it says they shipped on 7/31, but they show as "not yet shipped" on my order history.

The buy 2 get 1 free sale is back working!
I try this code every once in a while while checking the site for new releases and the YMB2G1 code is working again. I did not get an email about it so I don't know how long the sale is good. Like last time, it only seems to be working for singe cd.

Just checked and the YMSALE code is working too. This one gives single cds for $5.59
Also note that "single cds" seems to mean anything that you can put in your queue. I have a couple of cds that come with a dvd in my queue and they are working with these codes.

I got an e-mail this morning about the two-day YMSALE discount. The code works for me. The YMB2G1 code appears to be no longer valid. I didn't receive an e-mail about that code.

YMB2G1 and YMSALE
I can get both codes to work now, as long as I give it an hour's rest between tries. Since there is no way to remove a code from my cart, I have to wait for some cookie somewhere to expire in order to switch codes. It's best to decide first which code one wants to use.
