Looking for a deal for a wireless router
My current SMC router w/ print server broke on me (wireless doesn't work, but wired ports work). I need the wireless part - does anyone know any deals for a wireless router?
What are the better brands out there nowadays? Linksys? Netgear?
I did a search and found this Looks like it's via MIR.. i'd rather not have a MIR deal, plus parts of the MIR expired already...
Thanks in advance!

Best Buy still has the Linksys 802.11b router on sale for $5 after the two rebates which are valid for 2 more days.

My experiences:
All wireless:
Netgear: had two that both went dead inside a couple hours. Junk.
Linksys: had a 'b' for 2 1/2 years, worked great, just started giving me problems last week.
D-Link: Just bought their 'g' model to replace the Linksys. Works pretty good so far.

Netgear 802.11g Wireless Router
Model: WGR614

I bought this one this week. No rebates, no BB checks, straight up sale of 29.99. Has been working great and easy to set up. Having 'g' makes the range a little better

And it does appear another major retailer currently has it for $59.99 less $40 in rebates. So I'll stand by my statement.

Day 3 of using it and I am still happy with it. I am not doing anything overly intense with it and have had no problems. I went onto launch and tested it by watching a couple of videos and it streamed perfectly fine over the wireless. I suppose if your into intense gaming that there are better options but for 30 bucks and the ability to go anywhere in the house and surf the net is all I was looking for in the first place. I also like that it comes with little clips that will allow it to stand upright instead of sitting flat on the desk.
My co-workers all got the same one and nobody has had any problems with their's. The setup has been easy to tweak as I know have it setup so that the wireless is locked down so the only thing that can get on it is my laptop's mac address with the designated security key.
