Title asks it all. This film had a DVD release and nothing after. Anyone know why?

It (and some other Palomar Pictures films) is somehow owned by the pharmaceutical company Bristol Meyers Squibb and they haven’t done anything with it.

Well deserving of an HD release. Put your pills aside and get on it, Bristol! It wasn't even on VHS for the longest time.

This Squibb company wants too much money according to what I read when they were asked by interested parties.
