Watched it on Disney Plus last night- there was a section in the end credits for "Stereoscopic 3D" as there usually is. Every Pixar movie since Up has been done in 3D, and any "Ultimate Collector's Edition" would include a 3D copy.

It would be nice if Disney UK came through with a 3D release for this. Here’s hoping.

Anyone here part of the Disney Movie Club that would be willing to order and sell me a copy of The Black Hole at cost? Or a small upcharge? I don't really want to go the ebay route and overpay and there really isn't enough there for me to join for just that one movie. Plus I wanted to make sure I get a copy of the new version and ebay is no guarantee of that. Plus, it may help one of you reach you Columbia House agreed limit that you have to buy.
I also have a bunch of various digital codes I could trade it or whatever.
Just thought I would check. PM me. Thanks!

I think now the only way these are shown is by buying the 3D version on Vudu. I don't know of anywhere else, even theatrically where they are shown anymore, even during non-pandemic times.

Is there a possibility that "Dinosaur (2000)", "Chicken Little (2005)", "Meet the Robinsons (2007)", "Bolt (2008)" can get 4K UHD releases in the near-future? My belief is that Disney's trying hard to put 4K transfers on those films (including others; like for Disney+).

The Dinosaur Blu-ray looks like smeary garbage, but I think a lot of its problems are endemic to the the Digital Intermediate the movie was created with. Probably not going to see much improvement on that one unless Disney reconstructs the movie from scratch - which, again, I don't think there's much demand for or desire to do.

Yeah, the first three are serviceable films at best, but I'll defend Bolt, as it's criminally underrated. That being said there is probably next to no demand for any of them. Seems like something that will quietly show up on Disney+ at some point.

Yeah, Bolt kinda surprised me when we first watched it. I got the DVD a few years back using points on the old Disney rewards program.
