The oldies on Ultra HD Blu-ray
I know they are old, but they are classics. Is there any likelihood of us seeing 4K discs of the blockbusters 10 Commandments, Cleopatra, Lawrence, Ben-Hur, Spartacus, etc? Of course, I have the blu rays, but 4K's would be obviously nicer. I realize the produces have many movies, but sometimes their choice of movies to upgrade is baffling.

I think so. The large format films in particular have a lot to gain. I don't expect to see but a tiny fraction of the classic films you and I love on Ultra HD Blu-ray, but I do think the biggest marquee titles like the ones you mentioned will show up eventually.
I bet Lawrence of Arabia will be first up.

Sorry, I meant of those specifically mentioned.
There's also The Bridge on the River Kwai, which is out now.
