Amazon 3D is $45 and Best Buy 3D is $27 as of this moment. Not sure why Amazon is nearly $20 more. It is/was similar with Amazon for Tomb Raider, Ready Player One, Pacific Rim Uprising, and other 3D titles recently.

With the exception of maybe the standard cover art (shown in the Amazon link) all of those various covers have some truly horrendous cover art. Jesus!

That 4k steelbook is one fugly ass cover. I just got the 4k steelbook collection which is just classy looking with a black background and the classic logo. Why can't they just give us that with the Fallen Kingdom logo?

I currently have the 3D version preordered (which I placed before we saw it). I was pretty disappointed with it, but the kids really enjoyed it. I might just end up waiting on a BF deal for the regular version, I don't think it's going to get nearly the replays that Jurassic World has gotten over the years.

I wouldn't spend more than $5 on this one.

I thought the dino action was better than JW1, but overall the movie is even dumber than its predecessor.

Lousy covers, lousy movie.

Yeah, what happened there with the "artwork". That in itself is almost as horrible as the movie.

It’s difficult for me to stop buying films in a franchise I’ve started, and to skip exclusives, but I think I’m with dex on this one. Well, maybe $10 for the 3D version someday.

Interesting that all of these store exclusives are now UHD.

Wonder how long it will be before blu-ray goes bare-bones like DVD, and all bonus features will only be on UHD.

That's not true. Both the Best Buy and Target copies have blu ray versions as well. It's been in my original post since day one.

Unless it’s under $10 down the line I don’t think I’ll add this one to my collection. Just not a very good movie.

i have the first in 3D, but have yet to watch it. i have this coming from netflix though. do you really need to see first to watch this?

It probably wouldn’t hurt to watch Jurassic World just to get the character setup but it’s not absolutely necessary. It’s a better film though (even though I still don’t like it as much as the first three).

For those interested, the "bonus content" on the Target set is on a bonus DVD disc.

I'm passing on this one until a Holiday sale. I liked it, but don't feel compelled to watch it again right away. The prices are just too expensive right now for something I didn't love.
