UltraViolet Insert Missing Code

Has anyone had this happen before?

I contacted Vudu, but they said it's on the studio. The link to Warner Bros. UV support is broken, so I have no idea how to proceed. I bought this off of eBay awhile ago, so I can't return it. Walmart doesn't stock it in store around here anymore if I were to buy it and return it, so am I SOL?

I think that's a clear message about the movie it's for. They're just saying, "You don't need a code for this one."

Not worth the effort IMO. Just enjoy the disc.

I had it happen with my Hobbit An Unexpected Journey Extended Cut BD. I just emailed WB and they gave me a new code.

Do you still have the e-mail address, or know where you contacted them? I can't find anything.

This is a problem with buying stuff off eBay. I waited a couple of months to watch an eBay purchase and discovered the BD does not work at all, despite being a new, sealed copy.

I imagine WB would issue you a new code if you show them that picture.

Re: UltraViolet Insert Missing Code

I've bought two new sealed discs that were supposed to have Ultraviolet codes inside, but the entire inserts were missing from them. I've been trading my codes for other movies I don't already have but I didn't think anyone would want these anyways.
