Looks pretty weak. to me.

Thanks for the info.

I def see a Diamond edition for this or maybe like wizard of oz, just issue a 3D standalone. I wonder if its worth even upgrading if there is a Diamond version.

interestingly the deleted scene on the bonus disc, actually is then referenced in another deleted scene on the official disc.

Disney seriously needs to resurrect Cine-Explore - or at least let the filmmakers do a commentary track for the uber deluxe edition.

The featurette on the Target bonus disc provves they can easily do a longer documentary, as its mentioned that all the voice work was filmed so the animators could study them & add little elements to the animation

Does [Target's bonus disc] contain anything interesting?

A spelling mistake... someone at Target cannot spell "Kristen".....

Enjoyed the movie, my wife has seen it several times, but this my first time on BR.

Not as good as Beauty and the Beast or Lion King, but it was nice to see some old Disney like movie again.

John Lasseter is the man, like Disney himself, it is amazing the difference one man can make.

News...Frozen Sells 3.2 Million Discs in First-Day Sales, Breaks Record for an Animated Movie on BR/DVD combo.
-Past record holder was Despicable Me 2 when it sold 2,809,662 copies

Frozen sold about 200k more than Avengers on BR, Frozen should easily go over the $100million mark on BR.

I was in Best Buy yesterday and the Blurays were wiped out. There were plenty of DVDs, I guess the market is shifting.

You may be right, BUT.... a) the difference in price was slight, b) the blu comes with a DVD (and electronic copy), and most importantly for BB c) Best Buy had an actually-decent and relatively nice free book included in the price of the blu-ray. (Plus d) the DVD has Hans on the cover...!)

If there'd been DVD+book set, I think there'd be parity; when the price goes to $25/$15 (and no exclusives left), I think DVDs will sell better. And when it's a choice between blu and DVD it's an indicator - when it's DVD vs. Blu/DVD/digital, it's hard to separate out which of the three is the draw..

That Making Of song on the disc was pretty dumb. I really enjoyed the short doc on the early concepts of Frozen and interview with Alice Davis though. I wish it was significantly longer.

I think you can order the Frozen Target Exclusive online since I placed a order for that and the Wolf Wall Street Steelbook unless they send me the regular Frozen blu-ray but I saw the picture and it had the bonus disc label on the picture online.

Maybe I should have bought 2 to get free shipping

I couldn't decide if I thought it was cool that they got the actors to do a part in it or if it was just a kick in the nuts to the people who got swindled into buying the bare bones version of the film before the deluxe version hits later this year.

I liked the song but the lack of a real doc was a bummer.

So is it really region free? (mine shipped too so it's too late now, but I'm curious)

It really is! Don't worry, you'll be fine. In fact, if you look behind the US release of Disney blu's, they're always Region A,B,C. Same thing with the UK, which is Region B.

Dumbo and Jungle Book being the exception and region b locked.

Just got my Zavvi steelbook in today. Set has 2D/3D discs, both region A/B/C. Content is identical to the US set with the exception of the Mickey short Get A Horse, which is on the 3D disc.
