I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. I have the UK release, but I'm curious to know what that PIP is all about.

It's a great flick that deserved a wide theatrical release in the US.

I liked it too. I assumed my BD player was all region so I bought the UK edition. Unfortunately it wouldn't play bc it's only region 1 so I returned it. I'll pick this up.

I watched this for free on Xbox Live. It was terrible, and I didn't even make it halfway through.

Heh, actually I watched it on there too and that's what made me actually seek out the region-free blu-ray from Holland which was a couple of months ago. Just a point, if you watched the SD version on Xbox like I did, the visual work in the blu-ray is ten-times more impressive. All of those dark scenes, especially in the first part of the movie aren't even remotely as dark and what the heck are they doing over there kind of thing.

Anyway, if they aren't including any special features or anything, I'll keep my import copy which is the same exact thing. I loved the movie, I really did but I went to a good amount of expense to get this copy and there is no sense in getting rid of it.

Blu-ray.com says this:

Special Features:
Deleted Scene
Gallery Images
Interview with Michael Bassett
Interview with James Purefoy
Making of Solomon Kane

The UK disc has the PiP track. It's the storyboards.

Sounds like I don't need to get the US version since the UK one has more.

James Purefoy is a badass. Been a fan for years now. It's a shame they got the blonde swingbag instead of James to play James Bond.

Also got the free rental. I thought it was decent entertainment. Maybe not quite what I was hoping for, but fine.
