Bruce Lee: The Legacy Collection from Shout! Factory
From Shout! website:
This box set includes four of the films that would make Bruce Lee one of the most important martial artists ever to grace the screen. The set includes The Big Boss, Fist Of Fury, Way Of The Dragon and Game Of Death.
Also included are two documentaries Bruce Lee: The Legend (and the original version Bruce Lee: The Man, The Legend) and I Am Bruce Lee plus a bonus disc with over two hours of bonus content exclusive to this set.

Holy shit. I've never bought anything from them but if the big 3 out of that set are their original versions and in great quality. I'll pay for them immediately.

$101.98 is a lot and maybe $25-$36 would be a better price range

Shit, Shout/Scream Factory has really been stepping up with some good releases lately. I'll definitely get this.

I have the Bruce Lee Legendary Collection from Fortune Star that I picked up on my vacation to Hong Kong in February.
I got it for around $80
It has The Big Boss, Fist of Fury, The Way of the Dragon, Enter the Dragon, Game of Death, Game of Death II (horrible movie with a lookalike), Bruce Lee: The Legend documentary, Bruce Lee: A Warrior's Journey documentary. The documentaries however are on Region 3 DVD.
I got the Shout! I am Bruce Lee documentary a few months ago.
Honestly, I can't see myself getting this unless the additional extras are just mind blowingly good.
The only thing I really need is the new WB Enter the Dragon BD since it has the original English language track. My Fortune Star BD only has Cantonese and Mandarin audio.

I've been waiting for a R1 set and this looks to be the one I've been waiting on.....Except it looks like the wait will be a bit longer til the price drops.
My R2 HKL set still gets plenty of play from me thanks to Bey Logan's commentaries, but it'll be good to finally watch some Bruce in the living room, for once (R0 player's in my bedroom)

There are two nagging questions with regards to this release:
1. Will the transfers be genuine 1080p transfers? My understanding is that Fortune Star's transfers of BB, FoF, and WotD are actual HD, but GoD is an upconvert (like the majority of Blu-rays sourced from Fortune Star transfers including Shout's Jackie Chan titles).
2. Will these have the original language soundtracks and if so will they have the original mixes or the horrifying 7.1 remixes that the HK blu-rays have? Shout's recent Bruce Lee dvd releases only had English tracks. BB, FoF, and WotD should all have Mandarin (not Cantonese) tracks.

We have color corrected the first three masters.
Original Mono on the first two.
If someone has the original mono for WAY, send me an PM.
BIG BOSS also features a English dub never before used.. thanks to Toby Russell

I'm a Bruce Lee fan, and I'd certainly like to grab this, but I won't deny that it certainly is pricey...

That makes me want to wait for a price drop even more. I already have the DVD set, I don't really need a DVD set with some BRs thrown in for such a high price.

It is a bit pricey but cheaper than the Jpn versions. I wonder why they only included the DVD version of "I Am Bruce Lee" because it's also available on BD; which I already have. I'm just going to wait for the eventual price drop, too. I remember when FOX released their remastered DVD collection back in 2005 it was $50 and it eventually was $20 at Walmart. Here's a discussion on the Jpn versions.

I'll echo everyone else - want the set, but not for that price.
I don't really care about getting 7 DVDs. I just want the 4 classic films on BD. Still, sounds like a great set I'll bite on for $50 or less.

Maybe they might eventually release a BD only set for less than $50. I would go for that instead. I already have several versions on DVD and I don't want to add more to it.

I probably won't bite at that price, but my birthday is in July!

The price isn't great but, Shout/Scream Factory titles generally stay pretty steady with their prices. They do tend to be pretty good with giving quality releases though and also it's the list price from their web site. If I had to guess Amazon will be cheaper when it goes up for pre-order.

That's actually pretty close to what I expected their price on it to be. I don't think it's that bad really. I also don't have any of his films on DVD or Blu-ray yet so I'm not double dipping on anything.

I just need confirmation of what exactly the quality of work we got on those 3 films I give a fuck about and I'll bite. Immediately or down the line. I haven't seen those films since the shitty VHS era. Awesome dubbing and shitty quality. At least there was a reason for those films looking bad in those days. Way of the Dragon was my favorite of those...that wasn't Enter The Dragon.

I'm hearing that they botched the releases of their Police Story movies pretty badly, it's heartbreaking to be a Hong Kong cinema fan, there's never any gleams of hope even when it comes from a fan-friendly company like them. I do wonder how they slipped the rights from Dragon Dynasty though.
