TVShowsonDVD says the release date is July 2nd, however Amazon says it's August 6th.


The only extras are audio commentaries on select episodes featuring Phillip Winchester (Stonebridge) and Sullivan Stapleton (Scott)


Not as good as season 1, but still a fun thrill ride. Season 3 is scheduled to air on Cinemax this August.

I remember getting the first season for a pretty good price when it came out. If I can get this one at a similar price, I'll bite.

Amazon finally realized this exists and increased the pre-order discount from 6% to 22%. I only saw three episodes from season 2 so I'm eager to get this, though I may keep watching the discount for a bit longer.

It appears from the box art for this and Banshee that HBO is now going BD + DC with no DVD. I like having the DVD option but admit I haven't watched them for either Strike Back S1 or Game of Thrones S2.
