That cover art is awesome. Way better than the theatrical poster, IMHO.
Loved this in 70mm. Hope the blu-ray is just as stellar.

This movie's haunted me since I first saw it. Didn't know what to think of it at first, now I can't stop thinking about it and really want to see it again.

I am definitely going to re-watch this upon release. I had a very strange range of emotions about the film the first time. In the theater, I was enthralled until the end. Afterward, I was kind of ambivalent and didn't really like how it all played out. A few weeks later, I decided I kind of hated it. Strange right? The acting was certainly great, but....something about the story was maddening. Perhaps I'll like it better this time around.

Day 1 purchase for me as well.
Saw it twice in theaters. It may get better over time. It's good but I felt the storyline could've been better.
Hoping the special features are decent.

looks like we're getting 20 minutes of deleted scenes (a good number of the shots from the final trailer were not in the final movie) and the John Huston documentary

I love the cover art. Do you notice how Freddie's face is not part of the double image? It's a brilliant representation of the complex dynamic going on with that character throughout the film. It was originally done as the poster for the Turkish release. I think it is way better than the US poster. I did not even like it enough to include it in my reviews, which I usually, do. I did this instead:

When the Turkish poster came out, this is how I marked the top of my list of best 2012 in cinema (scroll down a bit):

If you have not noticed, it is my favorite film of 2012. I saw it a second time in theaters, too, and I also plan to own it.
