If Jaws would have gotten a steelbook in the US, I'd probably take the E.T. steelbook. But I may just get both digibook versions of these films.

I ponied up extra for the Jaws digibook...I supposed I'll be doing the same for the E.T. one. I got all the digibook versions of the other big remasters from Universal this year, so my collection is going to look goofy without the E.T. one as well.

This may be one of those movies like SW to me and Romero Dead TRILOGY. I might get every version that comes out for my collection. I love the move, the re-release came out our first year anni, and my kids cant get enough of the flick themselves. Every release of this movie (home, theater) has been a big event for me.

This may be a dumb question, but I haven't been able to find anything about it anywhere else. Does the E.T. steelbook come with the movie inside it, or is it like Snow White and Beauty And The Beast, where the case is empty when you buy it ?
