If that's the only condensed version of the set we'll get (single disc), then I will reluctantly get the box. I do not prefer the boxed sets, but I do enjoy documentaries like these and I don't want to compromise on them.
This is in my top ten films of all time, and I never bought the previous BD (still have my old DVD) so I don't want to miss out on any content.

I never got the first Blu-ray release and I haven't been keen on these huge box sets for the classic movies, so I just got the single disc from Target. I really just want the movie and there are plenty of special features there to keep me happy.

I would love disc 2 (as long as it's a blu ray, and not a DVD cop out), but I won't buy the big box on principle. As with Ben Hur and Kane, I don't expect to see the single-disc out anytime soon.. I know they supposedly released single-disc Ben Hur's and Kane's but I still have yet to see one in any store and they actually cost the same as the box sets on Amazon..

I think I have at least a couple of the major documentaries and the original BD UCE. Will probably pass on this.

I ended up getting the giant box. The Warner Brothers documentary is great so far and I think those who enjoy these kind of film history docs would really like it.
