I heard the movie wasn’t so hot, but how’s the 3D presentation?

Glad they came through on that, I was almost going to go without it. Still hope they can get the new Minions, it’s despicable Universal snubbed that one.

Anyone preorder Thor 4 Japan Edition 4K/3D? I have DW and Ragnarok and even though I loathed it, I’m thinking might look good in 3D.

Didn't you post here recently about how you won't buy a movie just because it's 3D and that it has to be good? You don't even like this Love & Thunder. Which is fair, because it's not good. Would you be surprised if no one else orders it?

i don't think so or remember, but i support the medium so much and i have all 3 previous in 3D so i don't really see why i wouldn't, but again i wanted to know if anyone else got it just because.

I don't think anyone here cares what you spend your money on. It's just that somewhere upthread you vehemently stated that you won't buy a movie that is not good just because it's in 3D. That doesn't seem to be the case, which is fine. Just own it.

I gotta say Ant-Man and the Wasp looks spectacular in 3D.

Should be getting Thor 4
next week from Yesasia. Not sure if I’m happy or sad. Something tells me it’s the latter.

I have it. Lots of depth, but not a lot of pop out. Got it from Amazon Japan, so naturally the packaging, disc and onscreen menu is in Japanese. There's an English audio track.

Sounds similar to first which I just saw again. Good depth, some popout. Nice overall. Hope the second is worth it.

you ain’t kidding. The depth was just incredible. And I didn’t go crosseyed as many of these original 3D releases make me. Beautiful image. Solid all the way around, this one is.

Thor: Love and Thunder is rather great in 3D. Very good depth. Not too much gimmicky pop outs. Even the dark scenes showed depth which I hardly see. Makes a pretty bad movie a little more fun.

Does any place have a decent price for The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies Extended Edition in 3D? It's the only one I'm missing.
