They used a 6-disc case for the bonus disc version. It's the first disc in the set. There's a few featurettes on the disc and they add up to about 20 minutes.

Johnny and Judi (2:59)

The 3D combo pack also includes a $5 off coupon towards the combo packs for parts 1-3. Those are selling for $14.99 each at Best Buy and Target.
That's in addition to Best Buy already offering a $5 savings if you buy part 4 with any of the others in the series.

Thanks for the heads up on that, I was planning on simply getting a refund on my metalpack case, but a friend decided they wanted the movie as well, she said she didnt care about the bonus disc so i got to keep it for picking up the combo pack for her.

I fit all six discs from the Best Buy Exclusive into my metal box case (double-stacked the DVD and the 3D BD discs on the left, and the Digital Copy and the Best Buy Bonus Disc on the right) and they all fit great. I might look into putting them in paper envelopes, but they hold in place fine right now, you just have to be careful opening it. I then took the 3D edition slipcover and put it over the top of the Metal Box. Very pleased with myself and with this release.
