i seen the trailer showing it on machete blu anyone know why this isnt out yet on blu?

Its out in the UK (in a single and double pack with Part II). But if there is a trailer on Machete, hopefully that means soon.

Adding to what GizmoDVD said, this has been out in the UK for a couple years now, but according to what some amazon.uk reviews said, the PQ sounds average (I can't confirm or deny since I've never seen the disc). I haven't heard anything about it being released on blu over here, although I see no reason why Fox would be holding back (especially since it's shitty sequel got a blu release). I hope Fox does release it soon; this was one of the few horror movies made in the last decade that I liked.

I agree. I remember seeing the trailer for this when I saw Hostel and I audibly said "oh hell no" when I found out they were remaking it but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm sure if done right the movie will look gorgeous in HD, too.

ya, the horror Blu trailer on Machete had "Hills Have Eyes" unrated as one of the Blus available - but it's not yet - I'm hoping... and may need to e-mail Fox about it
