DVD Empire has this for $10.99 + $1.98 for standard shipping, which is the lowest price I've seen. Bestbuy.com and Amazon are both at $14.99. Best Buy isn't offering instore pickup, so it looks like they aren't carrying it and catalog titles are hit and miss at Target.

I HATE the fact that it's barebones. This movie deserves a much better treatment than this. Other than that, at least the PQ and AQ are good.
