oh man, I didn't even think about suspiria.

It's too bad Blue Underground has the rights to Inferno. It would be kinda kickass to have a Three Mothers boxed set (yes, even with MoT)

That would be awesome, I enjoy MOT. I'd love to see BU put out the set if it were to happen... Inferno is coming in a couple months either way. Hopefully a proper Suspiria blu isn't too far a way.

Yup. It's too bad the SUPERIOR COMPANY has the rights to Inferno.

Considering my whole point was that it would be neat to have a complete boxed set, then yes, it is too bad.

Nobody was knocking BU, so there's no reason for you to try to jump in and defend them. I have several BU releases on blu ray and I love them.

Could. But who knows if they will. Catalog is not exactly a hot thing right now.

Weinstein catalog titles?

Does this mean there might be a proper release of Gandahar in the future?

At least they will release on Blu-ray unlike several other major studios. And hopefully $10 sale prices.

Yeah, Lionsgate is actually putting titles out, and their releases are usually cheap, with solid A/V and all the extras. No complaints.

Also, I was needing to leave for work when I posted the above info, so I didn't notice, but looking at the quote I excerpted now:

I know it probably won't happen, but after their release of My Bloody Valentine uncut (which many thought would never happen), I an hoping maybe Lionsgate will release the 'Producer's Cut' of Curse of MM

Me too man. That will be my most prized BD. I have the Canadian import of these 3 titles and the PQ is awesome for Curse and Resurrection. H20 is quite an upgrade as well...and anamorphic finally!

Re: Weinstein Company buys 25 percent stake in Starz media

Doesn't the Weinstein's still have some sort of control over Dimension film releases? Wasn't there speculation that Anchor Bay would be releasing older Dimension titles?

I can't wait to pop in my copy of Pulp Fiction and sit through an hour and a half of forced trailers before the main menu. Go, Lionsgate!
