^ usually they are very right, but I don't remember the eye/face implalement being THAT splatterly in the R-rated cut of the film

It's surprising this cut doesn't have as much substantial changes as the past few films have had.

It's also interesting to note:
- Kevin Greutert is found NOWHERE on the disc.
- David Hackl is on the featurette meaning they shot that piece BEFORE he was replaced with Greutert.

I wonder if Greutert just submitted one cut and peace'd the fuck out.

Since Greutert was essentially forced to direct this movie, I think he only cared about fulfilling his contract obligation to get the movie completed and said fuck the DVD and BD.

BTW, I listened to some of Dunstan and Melton's commentary track and they said the original plan was to make 2 more movies (The Final Chapter Part 1 and 2), but since 6 tanked so bad, Lionsgate told them to combine their story into 1 final movie.

I wonder if they talk about how Greutert tried to get them to rewrite their entire screenplay the weekend before shooting.

That last part is pretty well known.

With the rumor i read about the movie needing 6 attempts to get an R rating, 11 seconds seems like the mpaa are a bunch of pussies
