Target still has it, at Least the other day I saw a few.
It's pretty crappy as a collectible, the disc is small and flimsy, but if you have to buy it you might as well get one.

limited to only being sold at Target and until they dont have any left.

Just go buy it if you want it.
the difference is that included dvd and black slip cover.

F13s are being re-released with IIRC a DVD.

Paramount made a ton of BDs OOP.

I think 3 Days of the Condor was/is OOP and Amazon has it back up for sale for $11.49. Maybe more pressings were released or they found stock?
