anybody find this in stores like walmart or best buy?

Well, I the other week I was looking for DOA (another Dimension Extreme title) and I had a hard time finding it so this could be the same thing. Doing a search, none of the Best Buys in Oregon even have Feast.

Is that 3-Pack on BR or just DVD?

That's OK, I discovered that Universal's recent release of The Skeleton Key dropped a couple featurettes which both the DVD and HD DVD had and just kept the commentary and deleted scenes.

i heard someone over at another forum says it isnt the unrated version that is on dvd can anybody confirm this???

I used to own the unrated dvd.

Just got my trilogy in from Amazon, and to answer a few questions:
1)The first film is unrated
2)It's not a boxset or slim set, it's just all three seperate dvds shrinkwrapped together, all in their own individual case

I'm holding off. $9.99 is the magic price...

Best Buy has it for your magic price.

not w/ tax it isn't.

I'm disappointed the trilogy isn't a new single-sized case with a 2-disc flap, but I will probably bite anyway.
