I was taken completely by surprise to find Doctor Who: The Complete Sixth Series and Doctor Who: The Complete Seventh Series (both with slipcovers) at Best Buy today for $14.99 ea. They had others too, although I didn't take note of what exactly they had other than what I bought. Damn near shit myself. I'm used to seeing those regularly for $40 to $50+, imagine my suprise to find them so cheap...

Did you know that Best Buy only allows 14 days for returns of smartphones? I tried to go to Android again but just couldn't give up my iPhone, so we tried to return the Moto G6 tonight only to learn we were a couple days past that limit. The first BB wouldn't do anything, but the second one said they would give us immediate store credit, as in we had to walk out the door with stuff - no gift cards.

Still not as good as getting the money back and I still need to upgrade my old 6Plus, but it was a nice haul and my son is thoroughly enjoying Mario Tennis right now.

Why didn’t you use it for phone? Seems more logical and with it being $1200 or so that would have helped a lot...

The Moto was only $230 and the cheapest iPhone they had was $700. I’m only interested in a 6s or a used 7. We don’t buy iPhones new, we always give them a while to work out the kinks and come down in price.
