I have the UK version. I got it way back before it was even announced in the states.

I believe it has a couple of extras if I remember correctly.

I highly recommend it. It does have horror elements. This is a very under-rated movie. Compared to The Descent, these are completely different movies, though. All the actors did very well, and I really wasn't expecting anything special, but once I saw it on Netflix, I bought the movie. This will be one of my yearly and even bi-yearly viewing pleasures.
