Go region free. Players cost between $100-200. There's no reason not to at this point.

Don't expect that title here in the U.S., because they've already said that they don't know who the rights holders are in the USA. Someone had tweeted Shout Factory and that's what they responded with. "If it's released in the U.S. it won't be by us, because we don't know who holds the rights here." People thought they would since it was released on DVD by MGM and SF licenses tons from MGM. Not this title, though.

eh, sounds enticing, but the last thing i need is another Blu-ray player and have never really been interested in another region title until this one.

Its a good movie, I saw it once when I was a kid and had vague recollection of it. Saw it again about 8 or 9 years ago and wanted it.

Yep,yep. Love my Panny player and been using it on all the Arrows and MoC discs without fail.
