How come you didn't get the KINO one? I know it's more expensive but isn't it a better edition?

that's what I'm asking myself now after I skipped through the VCI.
It seemed that over on the classic horror film board, people were more favorable towards the corrected bit rate VCI disc - which is what Amazon sent.
It's watchable, but looking at the DVDBeaver caps all these versions have issues. The VCI looked like the best compromise solution with the Kino "raw' version looking like it might have gobs of scanner noise.
