Jennifer's Body and Red Cliff part 1 and 2 have the resume feature as well.
Not that anyone would want to resume watching Jennifer's Body.

So I was at my Dillons (Kroger) grocery store today and they had "Avatar Party Cakes". They were basic flat cakes with a screen print of the Blu-ray cover on the cake. Weird.

This is bar none the best picture quality I have ever seen. I agree with Mr. Orndorf's review. An average movie that looks and sounds way above average.

While I agree that the disc is beautiful, it is the most frustrating Blu Ray to load. It took two try's the first time to load it, now I'm on try number three for my second viewing. Christ this taking forever.
Edit: Attempt number 4 and still no luck.

Well I'm on attempt number 6 right now, what do you mean by ever changing security features? I've never had a disc work one day but not the next.
Edit: The player says "menu", but the screen just shows a little Fox logo in the middle in the middle of the screen.

What player do you have?
Almost every CE has released a firmware update for Avatar. I saw even Samsung did for their first BD player as did LG for their Dual Format players. Fox uses BD+ which is a security measure so the discs can't be copied/ripped. It's why sometimes Fox/Disney titles have problems playing.

Avatar has a Resume Play feature...maybe that's what's causing your problem (if it played the day before)?

Don't see why you would assume; it certainly doesn't hurt checking for updated firmware.

I would suggest asking someone with a PC to download the firmware update for you and burn an image to a blank CD.
Once thats done its easy.

My friend is letting me use his computer right now, so I downloaded the update, and put it on a CD as a ISO file. Now what? I'm not sure how to burn it or do the "image" stuff.

I honestly have no clue what I'm doing, and the fact that I'm on PC is confusing me even more.

It's in Disk Utility, it has the options "first aid" and "restore". So how do I convert it?
Edit: Do I change it to a .dmg file?

Ugh, I tried the "Convert" option and changed it to a .dmg file, but it said it could not do it. "Operation timed out" is what it literally said.
