They put in the charge for mine and I only sent in my covers a few weeeks ago. I ordered a long time ago but it took me a long time to get the covers out to them. Harry Potter Collection must be in stock as that was in my order.

I just "ordered" my 11 titles on Saturday, but never (still) haven't received any email or anything with the address label. Does it normally take a few days to get?

^ you should get your shipping label almost instantly after placing the order.

For those of you who had orders split, has anyone received a shipping notice for the remainder of your order yet? Just curious.

I had the same thing happen and I contacted WB, and they pointed me in the right direction. It turns out Yahoo sent it right to my junk mail.

Re: Warner launches "Red2Blu" trade-in program

Good one! But, since red2blu will not be fulfilling any orders now for Casablanca and Matrix 10th, everybody who ordered those two titles will tie for the longest unfilled red2blu order at 'waiting forever'.

I too, by the way, am seeing weird charges on my credit card from red2blu. Because my order is so screwed up now, I can't yet be certain the weird charges are for the 'free' base copies of Casablanca and Matrix 10th.

Re: Warner launches "Red2Blu" trade-in program

I can confirm, too, that they are shipping. I had a pending charge I wasn't sure about on Friday. It had not information on it, just the total. I did the math and figured that it was the red2blu order minus the amount for Casablanca. Yesterday, the charge was gone, but then it came back with red2blu named next to it. I got the shipping notice in my e-mail and it is expected to arrive tomorrow. Yay!

BTW: The only backorder movie I had was Casablanca.

A poster at CheapAssGamer who is in Michigan confirmed that he's received a non-UCE version in a regular blu-ray case.

Is it time for nerd rage yet?

Mine has still yet to ship.

Re: Warner launches "Red2Blu" trade-in program

I received Casablanca today. Sorry to report that it is a single disc. On the plus side, there was no charge for item or shipping.

I should add that the product description on the receipt states:
Casablanca Ultimate collector edition R2B replacement.

I'm fine with the single disc version. It was free and I just want the order complete and done with. I'm sure those ultimate editions that are cluttering shelves will get dropped in price and moved out at some point.

Re: Warner launches "Red2Blu" trade-in program

That is a bit disappointing...I was hoping for an opened UE. Oh well, I guess I will know soon enough.

Was there COVER-ART for Casablanca or just a disc with an empty BD case? I would find it rather ironic if they gave us NO cover-art, since we had to give up cover-art for this promo.

There is cover art. It's a black and white profile picture of Bogart and Bergman with logo/fonts in a bronze-colored ink. The upper left corner has a picture of an Oscar. It's not fancy, pretty basic design. The DVD label just shows Bogart in a tux holding a cigarette in right hand and his left hand is in his pants pocket. The logo is poorly presented on the label. I think DVD case might have been sealed, but I don't recall for sure.

the disk is the same right? The UE content was just the packaging and other collectible tangibles, or was it an additional extras disk too?

Just got this in an email stating that my order shipped. Any thoughts on what the Ultimate Matrix Collection R2B replacement is?

I believe there was an additional disc with a doc on Jack Warner. But, I'm not positive.

So did you get a shipping confirmation saying that the Potter collection shipped. I got an email yesterday saying it was still backordered.
