This movie was every bit as good as I was hoping/expecting it to be.

Completely forgot to order this one in a swirl of being way too freakin' busy. Placed one today -- can't wait to finally see it.

Is the sale on the roast beef too or just the bologna? The advertisement wasn't clear.

That would make for an awesome custom cover or even a steelbook cover.

The roundtable discussion with the former wrestlers was pretty heartbreaking. I couldn't believe that was Diamond Dallas Page, I loved watching him back in the day and playing as him on Nintendo 64. He just looked terrible. They all really loved the movie and their insight on what they liked about the movie was very interesting.

Mickey Rourke had the Oscar in the bag and then that pussy Sean Penn had to ruin it all.

I thought DDP looked fairly good actually. Luger just looked odd without any muscle. The Hammer looked stoned during the entire thing.

Too bad they couldn't get Jake Roberts in there.

Yeah, I didn't find DDP looked all that different than when he was wrestling. Luger however, looked like Frankenstein.

Well, I guess it was because I didn't recognize him at first. Agree with Lex Luger, that guy was worse off than Randy.

A little off topic, but here's a fairly good article regarding Lex Luger... http://www.ajc.com/news/content/metr...ge_tab_newstab

The guy has had it pretty rough.

It is really sad that it ends this way for many of them but if you live by the sword your career dies by the sword. I hope that he can go on to help many people with the new life that he has though.

Yikes, Luger definitely looked bad. I didn't know he was paralyzed... haven't paid attention to wrestling in ages. I wish the roundtable was longer though.

That would've been... weird. Fun, but weird. Considering they pretty much used his backstory for the film. I would have loved to seen the expression on his face when the scenes with Evan Rachel Wood came on screen.

That was a good read. Nice to see that he's out there helping others, much better than the recent Rolling Stones article about Hulk Hogan wanting to kill his ex.
