Yeah... I said just a few hours ago I hadn't seen it, but I just watched it. It's an incredible movie. Thanks to your post alone I watched this much sooner than I may have otherwise so, yeah, thanks for helping me see such an incredible film. I really lucked out in getting this yesterday.

Yesterday I received my BD copy of CHRIS BOTTI LIVE with Orchestra & Special Guests from Amazon. The audio is fantastic. I can't recommend it enough.

On the positive side I've recently fallen in love with the films of Godard and Truffaut, and I experienced my first Bergman with The Seventh Seal (which completely blew me away), loved The Wages of Fear, and have been able to add Chungking Express and Bottle Rocket to my Criterion Blu-ray collection (both have been favorites of mine for years).

Godard is my all-time favorite director so I'm really glad you've discovered him (his first Criterion-Blu comes out next week, & it's my all-time favorite film of his, make sure you get it). While he is my favorite ever, I never recommend his films to people, b/c I totally understand why most don't like him & find him pretentious. I agree so far the Criterion-Blus haven't been all that exciting. Chungking Express is fantastic, although In The Mood For Love is such a better film if you haven't seen it. One I dindn't see you mention is The Last Metro. I didn't care for it at all, not a bad movie, but I would never ever watch it again. Glad I only rented it.
