Digitalbits posted the specs. Looks like Universal added in U Control for thie Blu Ray release. That and the DTS-MA track look to be the only new things I can see. And they still have that ridiculous price.
Universal has officially set The Bourne Collection, including The Bourne Identity, The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum, for Blu-ray Disc release on 1/27/09 (SRP $119.98). Video will be 1080p with audio in DTS-HD MA 5.1, and each disc will be a BD-50. Here's the film by film features breakdown:
The Bourne Identity will include feature commentary with director Doug Liman, deleted and extended scenes, an alternate opening and ending, 10 featurettes (The Ludlum Identity, The Ludlum Supremacy, The Ludlum Ultimatum, The Birth of the Bourne Identity, The Bourne Mastermind: Robert Ludlum, Access Granted, From Identity to Supremacy - Jason & Marie, The Bourne Diagnosis, Cloak and Dagger and Inside a Fight Sequence), as well as Moby's Extreme Ways music video. New for the Blu-ray version will be U-Control Picture-in-Picture, Bourne Reminders, a Bourne Card Battle Strategy Game and the Treadstone Files (ported from HD-DVD), as well as BD-Live My Scenes Sharing.
The Bourne Supremacy will include feature commentary with director Paul Greengrass, deleted scenes and 11 featurettes (Matching Identities: Casting, Keeping It Real, Blowing Things Up, On the Move with Jason Bourne, Bourne to Be Wild: Fight Training, Crash Cam: Racing Through the Streets of Moscow, The Go-Mobile Revs Up the Action, Anatomy of a Scene: The Explosive Bridge Chase Scene, Scoring with John Powell, The Bourne Mastermind: Robert Ludlum and The Bourne Diagnosis, Part Two). New for the Blu-ray version will be U-Control Picture-in-Picture, Bourne Reminders, a Bourne Card Battle Strategy Game and the Supremacy Dossier (ported from HD-DVD), as well as BD-Live My Scenes Sharing.
Finally, The Bourne Ultimatum will include feature commentary with director Paul Greengrass, deleted scenes, the Be Bourne Spy Training interactive option and 5 featurettes (Man on the Move: Jason Bourne, Rooftop Pursuit, Planning the Punches, Driving School and New York Chase). New for the Blu-ray version will be U-Control Picture-in-Picture, Bourne Reminders, a Bourne Card Battle Strategy Game and the Blackbriar Files (ported from HD-DVD), as well as BD-Live My Scenes Sharing.

The only thing (things actually) that didn't make it over was the Best Buy exclusive disc that came with The Bourne Ultimatum steelbook. That works for me.

The cover art in the OP is at a site that is blocked for me. Is this what it looks like:

The Digital Bits has the cover art posted as well.
I'm wondering how many they'll sell. With the proliferation of HD DVD's and an astronomical retail price I'm guessing it won't be a huge seller at least initially. I would guess that 98% of everyone that owns HD-DVD's has this set since one was included in the box. So if 30% of Bluray owners also have HD-DVD the possible market is down by 1/3. At $120 not many people with the HD DVD will want to "upgrade".

Love the coverart.
Too bad about the shifting aspect ratios, though. J/K

While it didn't have something called "U-Control" it did have a full-length PiP feature called "Bourne Instant Access -- The Total Experience." The Bourne Supremacy was one of the first Universal titles on HD DVD and I don't think they had branded "U-Control" just yet, but the difference is mainly a semantic one. I'll be pretty surprised if the Blu-ray's U-Control doesn't use the same PiP feature that was on the HD DVD.

Pricing Too High
What really gets me is that Universal's previous box set of "Unrated Comedy Collection" has an MSRP of $89.99 for three titles $30 lower than the Bourne set.
Unlike the Bourne set, the Comedy set had one new release title, FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL. THE Bourne set is all older releases and they want $40 a title compared to the Comedy set at $30 a title.
Universal, please explain your pricing strategy!

U-Control includes, but is not limited to PiP features. In the case of the other two Bourne movies, it was the PiP feature, plus some overlay info called Treadstone/Blackbriar Files, which was frankly, extremely thin on substance. That's why I said it was "mainly" a semantic difference, because while U-Control doesn't equal PiP only, the PiP feature was really the only meat of the U-Control on the other two Bourne movies.

Ah, okay. Now I get what you were aiming at. I just misunderstood your point.
As for the price on this release, another reason is silly is that the fourth film has apparently been greenlit (or very close to being so). It's not too much of a stretch of the imagination to expect a tetralogy (or quadrilogy, as the marketing geniuses like to call such things) box set when the fourth film arrives on BD shortly after. I doubt people would be too eager for this set at that price when they can just hold out for a more complete set down the road.
