Jack Reacher...love the slow burn, not as much action to this one. always love Cruise and this is no different. really good character for him. cerebral type action gem.

Live Die Repeat: Edge of Tomorrow (3D)...excellent. really fun. great mix of a lot of elements. humor, action, a little spy thriller, little bit of many genres. homages certainly to a few movies as well. Aliens being one obviously. highly enjoyable!

Resident Evil: Retribution (3D)...the 3D effects were pretty great. the movie was an absolute turd.

Batman: The Killing Joke...didn't really love it. Didn't understand why we needed Batgirl prologue for half hour or Joker backstory. Not sure it deserved R rating either and that end, not sure what was up with that.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say "Moonstruck" is one of the best, if not the best, romantic/ensemble comedies ever produced and it is among my favorite films of all time. This film boasts so many great performances from a stellar supporting cast, impeccable writing by John Patrick Shanley, direction by Norman Jewison, Nicholas Cage's best film performance, Olympia Dukakis' spot-on dead pan delivery and well, the amazing Cher. It's like a fine wine...it only improves with age—I love this film.
