I watched "Journey to center of the earth" in 2-d and 3-d.

Definitely better this time around in 3-d on blu-ray. The details were sharper vs dvd. It was actually a fun movie.

Just watched Hot Rod again tonight. Man that film has grown on me.

Band Of Brothers Again. Fourth time I've watched it since release. This time I saw it with the interview feature "In the words of Easy Company". Made it more documentary in nature but very enlightening. One of the few times I would ask for more extras. I rarely even look at extras but on this set I can't get enough.

Serenity HD - My daughter had never seen it and she told me she's a fan of Firefly.

Independence Day BD I was actually reluctant to upgrade from my Five Star Collection, but I had a chance to pick up the Blu for $10. PQ and AQ were so good it was like watching the movie for the first time all over again.
